What is SPARK PDHPE?
SPARK PDHPE is a comprehensive digital platform built specifically for Australian primary school teachers who deliver Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE). The app provides curriculum-aligned lesson plans, instructional videos, theory resources, and assessment tools that make planning and teaching PE and PDH faster, easier, and more effective.
Whether you are teaching Fundamental Movement Skills to Early Stage 1 students or delivering Stage 3 Health Education lessons, SPARK PDHPE has you covered. The platform supports four Australian syllabuses — NSW, Australian Curriculum, Western Australian, and Victorian — with structured scope and sequence resources mapped to every term and week of the school year.
Teachers can access practical PE lessons with video demonstrations, theory PDH lessons with interactive slides, skill assessment tools, and a built-in AI assistant called Sam that can answer curriculum questions, generate lesson ideas, and provide pedagogical guidance on demand. SPARK PDHPE is built by FF4L Pty Ltd, a team of educators and developers passionate about transforming physical education in Australian primary schools.
